By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Cyberconnect provides digital marketing and growth services including, but not limited to: search engine optimisation (SEO), paid media management, social media marketing, brand strategy, analytics, and web design and development.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing of services are defined in individual service agreements or proposals agreed upon between Cyberconnect and the client prior to the commencement of work.

2. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of our website without our express written permission

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Cyberconnect and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

Creative materials, strategies, and deliverables produced for clients as part of a service engagement become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the relevant service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Cyberconnect for services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery
• Grant necessary access to platforms, accounts, and tools as needed for the agreed scope of work
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Make payments in accordance with the terms set out in the service agreement

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, rates, and schedules are defined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Cyberconnect reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of a service engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cyberconnect provides services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, revenue figures, or advertising performance results, as these are influenced by factors beyond our direct control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyberconnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to any client in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant service agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Cyberconnect will return client assets and provide reasonable transition support.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, analytics tools). Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. Cyberconnect is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates by third-party providers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
